Wondering why there is a red cross on the upper left corner of the gray image?
- It could be probably because the JAVA language is not in your computer. You can downloaded for free
- Try placing the arrow over the red cross and press the right botton of the mouse then press on "show image"
Why do I see a gray image?
Usually is because there is a delay in the communication. So you only have to wait until the first image gets charged in your equipment.
Why does the image will not change every 15 minutes?
- First of all you have to take into account that the camera only works between December/February (climbing season).
- Second of all it could be because the batteries are low in energy and/or could also be that the camera and the computer are turned off to save energy, the last option could be that the batteries run out of energy completely...
- It had also happened that for "unknown reasons" (low temperatures?), perhaps the camera cannot updated the images
